How do you register a car poorly? You can either get it registered or you cannot because you do not have the proper documentation.

So you don't have the proper documentation. You don't own the car and you can't register it in your name until you bring the paperwork to the criminal and get him to sign it. Contact him and his lawyer, it is just that simple.

ok new status...ok the car is a 1995 caddy the person who bought it signed it but did not register it befor he went to jail...there is a middle man thro who needs a little mone to become full power of aterny ...so he can get papers made up saying the was sold to the current owner who will sell it to me ....i got it all figured out i think...
